Arizona Fitness Camps

 

We are all very aware of the long, drawn-out winters here in the Pacific Northwest. This makes working out (outside) fairly unpleasant most of the year. Due to this never ending cold-wet weather, Dr. Messer has created, back in her hometown of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, an all exclusive women's fitness camp.

Our Mission Statement: We are an exclusive all-women fitness/diet camp to help jumpstart your nutritional/weight loss and fitness goals; while also providing a sunny/dry climate.

The day starts around 7:00am and you will be excused by 7:00pm, to do whatever you would like.

Typical Daily Activities:

  • Booty camp
  • Yoga on the Beach
  • Swimming / Jacuzzi
  • Desert hikes
  • Trail runs/walks
  • Bicycling
  • Weight training
  • Tennis

Optional Activities::

  • Dance class
  • Tennis lessons
  • Boat rides
  • Water skiing
  • Massage therapy

Menu:

All meals and snacks provided You will be able to pick from 1 of 4 diets:

Detox/Vegetarian Diet:
Includes fresh juice, organic vegetables, fruit, protein drinks and optional organic eggs and organic chicken. We will also provide raw nuts and seeds and low to no gluten diet. Dairy is optional. (this diet will help maintain your weight)

Candida Diet - A low carb diet which is:
Free of Sugar, Yeast, Vinegar - 60 Grams of carbs or less

HCG Diet:
Very low calorie diet - This diet may be difficult to start during your camp session. It would be easier to do a camp session on a HCG Maintenance Diet

ULTRALITE Diet: A low calorie (800-900) diet. May be difficult to follow diet on first week of camp. Discuss with Dr. Lucinda

(we will cater to your individual food allergy needs)

Dietary regime will be specified before you start camp. If you would like to bring snacks, you may, but understand there are people on strict diets around you.

Once you are ready to sign up:

  • Set-up a scheduled appointment.
  • Most camps are Sunday thru Saturday
  • Paperwork will be sent to you for evaluation, to be faxed back to us before the consultation
  • Consult with Dr. Lucinda about your goals
